2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
3 AGREEMENT WITH BAYCREST DEVELOPMENT CO., SUB-
DIVIDER, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS
4 IN TRACT NO. 3764

6 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
7 the City of Newport Beach an agreement in which Baycrest Developmen
g Co., a copartnership, subdivider of Tract No. 3764, agrees to con -
9 struct street and other public improvements necessary to serve said
10 subdivision; and
11 WHEREAS, subdivider has furnished security to assure the
12 faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with the
13 Newport Beach Municipal Code; and
14 WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement and
15 found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance with the
16 provisions of the Code;
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
18 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
19 same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
20 security is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency and the
21 City Attorney as to form.
22 ADOPTED this 9th day of October, 1961.

the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
