2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE- CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT

4 WHEREAS, John T. Alderson and Lucy V. Alderson have
5 executed a grant of easement granting to the City of Newport Beach,
6 a municipal corporation, its successors and assigns, a permanent
7 easement for the purpose of constructing, inspecting, maintaining,
8 repairing,and replacing an underground storm drain conduit- and
9 surface appurtenances for flood control purposes in, over, and
10 under the following- described real property:
11 A strip of land 15.00 feet wide in Lot 26, Tract 3133,
in the city of Newport Beach, county of Orange, state of
12 California, per map recorded in Book 103, pages 31, 32
and 33 of Niscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County
13 Recorder of said county, said strip lying contiguous to
and northeasterly of the centerline of the 10 foot wide
14 storm drain easement across Lots 26, 40 and 41 as shown
15 on the map of said Tract 3133;

WHEREAS, it is to the
interest of the City to accept

I said grant of easement for such
purpose;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED by the City Council of the
20
City of Newport Beach that said
grant of easement be accepted and
21
the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and attach
22
a certificate of acceptance and
consent to the recording of said
23
grant of easement in the County
Recorders office.

ADOPTED this 9th day of October, 1961.
