A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A G:RMIT OF EASEP+4NT
WHEREAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corporation,
and Harbor View Mills Development Corp., a California corporation,
have executed a grant of easement granting to the City of Newport
Beach an easement for a public wallzaay over and along that certain
real property in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:

The northwesterly ten (10) feet of Lots 44 and 45 of
Tract No. 3660, as shown on a map recorded in Boor
144, pages 9 through 11, inclusive, of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County.
SUBJ47CT TO the rights of Metropolitan Water District
of Southern California as set forth in that certain
document entitled 6°Permanent Easement" recorded
October 24, 1952, in Book 2402, page 469 of Official
Records of said Crange County;
WHEREAS, said grant also recites as follows:
9 °RESERVING UN^1C the grantors herein and each of them
the right to use the above described property for
such uses and purposes as shall not interfere with
the use of said easement by the grantee herein. ";
11t3.=S, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said grant of easement for such purpose;
NU32 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that said grant of easement be accepted
and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and attach
a certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording in the
County Recorder's office of said grant of easement together with
the City of Newport Beach Public Works Department drawing No. L-312
dated 9- 1161, entitled 7 110' walkway Easement in Northwesterly
Corner Tr. 3660 ", showing as Parcel No. 2 the location of said
