1 RESOLUTION NO. 5495
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT

4 6=REAS, Barbara Elizabeth Gartler has executed a grant
5 of easement granting to the City of Newport Beach an easement for
6 street and highway purposes over the following- described real
7 property in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
8 California, to wit:
9 That portion of Lot D of Tract No. 919, as shown on a map
recorded in book -29, -pages 31 to 34 inclusive of Miscel-
10 laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:

Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot E of said Tract
12 No. 919, said point being the beginning of a curve in the
Southwesterly line of Lot D of said Tract No. 919, concave
13 Southwesterly having a.radius of 409.51 feet, a radial line
through said point bears North 300 35' 351' East; thence
14 Southeasterly along said curve through a central angle of
V 09' 25G1 a distance of 29.71 feet to the beginning of a
15 tangent curve concave Northerly having a radius of 96.60
feet, said point being the true point of beginning; thence
16 Southeasterly along said curve through a central angle of
21° 53' 06$' a distance of 36.90 feet; thence North 64* 371
17 18" West to the point of intersection with said curve concave
Southwesterly having a radius of 409.51 feet; thence South -
18 I easterly along said curve to the true point of beginning;
19 and
20 WHERZAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
21 said grant of easement for such purposes;
22 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
23 City of Newport Beach that said grant of easement be accepted and
24 the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and attach a
25 certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of said
26 grant of easement in the County Recorder's office.
27 ADOPTED this 30th day of Octob 1.
