WHE- 73?AW, the State Legislature enacted Chapter 2176

curing the 1961 Session setting out regulations with respect to
mobilehomes and mobilehome parks; and
W RF.AS, Section 18010 of the health and Safety Code
provides that a city may assume the responsibility for the enfor,
meat of the provisions of Part 2, Division 13, of said code upon
giving written notice to the Division, of Housing of its intent
to do so;

the City of Newport Peach gnat, effective November 13, 1961, t'..ae
City does intend to assume the responsibility for said enforcement,
BE IT FURTOR RESOLVED that three certified codes of-
this resolution, be transmitted to the Division, of Housing of tl:e
Department of Industrial Relations of the State of California.
