6 xvDIERMS, there has been presented to the City Council of
7 the City of New,mort Beach an agreement in wrhich The Irvine Com?anay.'
8 a West Virginia Corporation, subdivider of Tract No. 4225, agrees
9 to construct street and other public improvements necessary to
10 serve said subdivision; and
11 11RER:.AS, subdivider has furnished security to assure the
12 faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with the
13 Newport Beach Municipal Code; and
14 TnMRZAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement
15 and found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance writ'
16 the provisions of the Code;
17 NOWJ T:IEREMIE, 0 BE IT RESOLVED that tare liayor. and City
18 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute tl:e
19 same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
20 security is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency and the
21 City Attor -ney as to forts.
