7 has presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach a
8 certain map entitled "Proposed Vacation of 10° Alley in Block 2
9 Seashore Colony TractE. Drawing No. L -3133, dated 10- 4-61, revised
10 11 -3 -61, showing a portion of an alley in Block 2 of Seashore
11 Colony Tract in the City of Newport Beach which the City is con -
12 sidering vacating, closing up and abandoning, and which portion is
13 more particularly described as follows:
