• 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A RELINQUISHMENT OF
3 ACCESS.RIGHTS

5 WHEREAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corporation
6 is the subdivider of real property in the City of Newport Beach,
7 County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
8 Tract 4225, as shown on a map recorded in Book 153,
page 23, 24, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
9 Orange County, California;
10 and
11 WHEREAS, the Final Map of Tract No, 4225 was approved by
12 the City Council subject to the condition that access rights be
13 limited from said tract to the adjoining public streets of West -
14 cliff Drive and Dover Drive; and
15 WHEREAS, The Irvine Company has executed and delivered
16 to the City of Newport Beach a Relinquishment of Access Rights
17 which meets said condition imposed by the City Council in approvin
18 said Final Map; and
19 WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best interests of the
20 City of Newport Beach to accept said instrument;
21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Relinquishment
22 Access Rights be accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and
23 directed to execute and attach a certificate of acceptance and
24I consent to the recording of said document in the County Recorder's
25 office.

I, MARGERY SCHROUDER, City Clerk of the City of Newport
Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No, 5518 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 27th day of November 19 61 by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Kingsley, Atkinson, Cook, Stoddard, Hart,
Lorenz. Somers
