RESOLUTION NO. 5523
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 5482
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5482 on
October 9, 1961,.in which it declared its intention to process a
rezoning of certain properties on the Balboa Peninsula from the
R -4 District to the R-3 District; and
WHEREAS, the matter has been considered by the Planning
Commission and said Commission has recommended against this re-
zoning; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the public interest to
rescind said Resolution No. 5482;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 5482
is rescinded.
ADOPTED this 11th day of December, 1961.
