NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT

WHEREAS, Frank C. Cortese, Leon Fry,
and Charles- O'Connox

Inc., a
California corporation, have executed
a grant of easement
6
granting to the City of Newport Beach an easement for street and
7
highway
purposes over the following- described
real property in the
8
City of
Newport Beach, County of Orange, State
of California,
9
to wit:
of said grant of easement in the County Recorder's office.
10 The northwesterly 5 feet of Lots 9 to 13, inclusive,
11 and of Lot 14 except the southwesterly 15 feet
thereof., in Block 2 of Seashore Colony Tract, as
shown on a map recorded in Book 7, page 25, of Mis-
12 cellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California;

WHEREAS, it is to the interest.of the City to accept

said grant of easement for such purposes;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
17
the City of Newport Beach that said grant of easement be accepted
18
and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and
19
attach 'a certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording
20
of said grant of easement in the County Recorder's office.
