WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Newport Beach has been
saddened to learn of the death of Mr. Braden Finch;, and
7dHFRZAS,. Mr. Finch served the City of Newport Beach as a
Councilmen from April 13. 1950 to Aprii 20. 1954; and

nationally recognised as one of the foremost 'breeders of afghan hounds; and
a»=—g his activities, has served as Foreman of the Crange County Grand ;fury.

the Coruna del Mar Chwrbsr of C'',€sn snerce, a-id as Fresiderit of the Corona
del Mar Civic A. ssociation;
'�?OW, THEREFORE, BE IT, RE VjLVr.D, that the meix hers of the
City Council of the City of Newport Beach, for a-ad on babalf of its citizens
and themselves, do hereby pay tribute to the inexr.ory of Braden Finch and
express appreciation for his excelle at and valued services to the City;
BE IT FURTHER RE'SOLttEMD. that this resolution be entered in '
tha _r €nutes of the City C'ouacil meeting of this date and that a copy be
delivered to Mrs. Braden Finch.*
THE ABOVE AND FOREGOING RESOLUTION was duly and regularly
passed and adopted at a regular Council meeting of the City of Newport Beach
