2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF.
NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING A MAP SHOWING A PORTION
3 OF A CERTAIN STREET-KNOWN AS 46TH.STREET WHICH
IS PROPOSED TO BE VACATED,,CLOSED UP AND ABANDONED

511 WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport Beach
611 has presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach a
711 certain map entitled "Vacation of a Portion of 46th Street Westerly
81 of Balboa Blvd. ", Drawing No. L- 5002'R/W, dated 11 ®16 ®61, showing
9 a portion of said 46th Street in the City of Newport Beach which
101j the City is considering vacating, closing up and abandoning and
111 which portion is more particularly described as follows:
12 That portion of 46th Street, as shown upon a map of
River Section recorded in Book 4, page 25, of
13 Niscellaneous Maps records of Orange County,
California, which lies southwesterly of the north-
14 westerly prolongation of the southwesterly line of
Lot 16, Block 45, of said River Section, and south -
15I easterly.of the northeasterly prolongation of the
northwesterly line of said Block 45.

1711 NOW, THEREFORK, BE IT RESOLVED that said map be and is
1811hereby approved and adopted, and the City Clerk is ordered and
1911directed to file the same in the proceedings for the abandonment of
20 said portion of said street.
