2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NMrTPCRT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT

4 %THEREAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corporation,
5 has executed a grant of easement granting to the City of Newport
6 Beach an easement for street and highway purposes over all that
7 certain land situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of
8 1 Orange, State of California, described as follows:
9 All that portion of Rutland Road in Tract 3606,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 130, pages 31
10 and 32 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of
the County Recorder of Orange County, California,
11 that lies westerly of the centerline of said
Rutland Road;

WIEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
15
said grant of easement for such purposes;

NOW2 THIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
17
the City of Newport Beach that said grant of easement be accepted
18
and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and attach
19
a certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of said
20
grant of easement in the County Recorder's office.
