A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
WHEREAS, Michael C. Dwaileebe, as town undivided 1/4
interest, James E. Herley and Shirley Herley, husband and wife as
joint tenants as to an undivided 1/4 interest, Harry J. Weber and
Barbara G. Weber, husband and wife as joint tenants as to an
undivided 1/4 interest, and Jack H. Morris and Rozan A. Morris,
husband and wife as joint tenants as to an undivided 1/4 interest,
have executed an easement deed granting and conveying to the City
of Newport Beach a perpetual easement and right of way for street
and highway purposes in, on and over all that real property situate
in the County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
M.
A portion of Lot 1201 of the First Addition to Newport Mesa
Tract as shown on Book 8, Page 61, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described as:
Parcel "A ", That portion of Lot 1201 above described, lying
within a strip of land 10.00 feet in width and extending
330.00 feet Westerly of the Centerline of Whittier Avenue,
Southerly of and adjoining the South one -half of West 19th
Street, as accepted and approved by the County of Orange and
the City of Newport Beach on December 28, 1912, and recorded
in Book 8, Page 61 of Official Records of Orange County,
California;
Parcel "B ", That portion of Lot 1201 lying Northeasterly of
a curved line of 17.00 feet radius concave Southwesterly and
tangent to the Southerly line of Parcel "A" above described,
and tangent to the Westerly line of Whittier Avenue, 60.00
feet wide.
As shown on a map attached thereto and made a part of this
description;
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said easement deed for such purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach that said easement deed be accepted and the
City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and attach a
certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of said
