2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
3 AGREEMENT WITH JOHN B. KILROY AND REJAC CORP.,
SUBDIVIDERS, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS
4 IN TRACT 140. 4692

6 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
7 the City of Newport Beach an agreement in which John B. Kilroy and
8 Rejac Corp., a California corporation, subdividers of Tract No.
9 4692, agree to construct street and other public improvements
10 necessary to serve said subdivision; and
11 WHEREAS, subdividers have furnished security to assure
12 the faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with
13 the Newport Beach Municipal Code; and
14 WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement
15 and found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance with
16 the provisions of the Code;
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
18 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
19 same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
20 security is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency and
21 the City Attorney as to form.

of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution Noe 5607 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 11th day of June , 1962 , by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Stoddard, Cook, Hart, Lorenz, Marshall,
Elder
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: Gruber
