2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH LIMITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES
3 ON CERTAIN STREETS

5 WHEREAS, Section 3289 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
6 provides that when authorized signs are in place giving notice
7 thereof, no person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle between
8 the hours of 8 :00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. of any day for a period of
9 time longer than two (2) hours upon such streets or portions
10 thereof as the City Council shall designate by resolution; and
11 !kMREAS, it is necessary to limit the parking of vehicles
12 as hereinafter provided;
13 NOSY, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the parking of ve-
14 hicles between the hours of 8 :00 a.m. and 6 :00 p.m. be limited to
15 two (2) hours every day on the south side of Balboa Boulevard from
16 McFadden Place to a point 74 feet, more or less, westerly of the
17 centerline of 20th Street.
18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is author -
19 ized and directed to cause signs to be posted on such street
20 giving notice of such parking restriction.

of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution Noe 5616 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 25th day of June , 19 62 , by the following
vote, to wit:
