RESOLUTION N0. 5618
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE FMCUTION OF AN
3 AGREEMENT WITH _IRA N. FRISBEE & C ®..FOR AUDITING
SERVICES

511 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
6I the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement between the City of
7`Newaport Beach and Ira N. Frisbee & Co. for auditing services for
8 the fiscal year beginning July 1, 19629 and
9 WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
10 conditions of said agreement and found said terms and conditions
11 to be reasonable and equitable;
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
13 City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
14 execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
