RESOLUTION NO. 5632
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
LEASE OF CERTAIN OFFICES
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach a certain lease between the City of New-
port Beach and Helen U. Henger whereby the City of Newport Beach
leases from Helen W. Heanger office No. 4 and a portion of office
No. 3 located upstairs in the business building commonly known as
414 - 32nd Street, Newport Beach, for a period of one year commenc-
ing July 1, 1962, and ending June 30, 1963, for the total sum of
$1,020, payable in quarterly installments of $255 each; and
MEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said lease and found said terms and conditions to be
reasonable and equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
lease on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 1962.
