A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE E22CUTION OF

ESCMT INSTRUCTIONS

WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach is exercising its
6
option to purchase the property presently under lease from The
7
Irvine Company included within Grant Howald Park; and
8
WHEREAS, escrow instructions have been prepared under
9
escrow No. 864765 in the Orange County Title Company; and
10
WHEREAS, said escrow instructions have been reviewed and
11
found to be in order and in accordance with the City's option to
12
purchase;
13
N%Y, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
14
Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
15
escrow instructions on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.

ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 1962.

I. MARGERY SCHROUDER, City Clerk of the City of Newport
Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution Noe 5633 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 25th day of June , 19 62 , by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Gruber, Cook, Hart, Lorenz, Marshall
Elder
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: Stoddard
