A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE E )MCUTION OF AN
AGREEREENT EK12NDING AGREM,27T FOR MUNICIPAL
RADIO SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach and the County of
Orange in August, 1161, entered into an agreement relating to
municipal radio services, which agreement terminated June 30, 1962;
and
WHZREAS, a new agreement has.been presented to the City
Council extending and renewing said previous agreement for an addi-
tional period of one year, commencing July 1, 1962, and terminating
June 30, 1963, upon the same terms and conditions in all respects
as in said agreement specified; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the terms of said
agreement and found thew to be fair and equitable;
UM72 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement be
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach
ADOPTED this 9th day of July, 1962.

regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 9th day of July 19 62 , by the following
vote, to wit:
