RESOLUTION NO. 5642
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH LIMITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES
ON A CERTAIN STREET
FrMREAS, Section 3289 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
provides that when authorized signs are in place giving notice
thereof, no person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle between
the hours of 8:00 a. m. and 6:00 p. m. of any day for a period of
time longer than one (1) hour upon such streets or portions thereof
as the City Council shall designate by resolution- and
FnYHZIMI AS, it is necessary to limit the parking of vehicles
as hereinafter provided-
NOC�I, T1HZ- RF,FORE2 BE IT RESOLVED that the parking of
vehicles between the hours of 8:00 a. m. and 6:00 p. m. be limited
to one (1) hour every day on the west side of Goldenrod Avenue
starting at a point 19 feet south of the intersection of that curb
with the southerly right -of -way line of East Coast Highway, thence
running southerly a distance of 53 feet.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authoriz
and directed to cause signs to be posted on such street giving
notice of such parking restriction.
