• 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT

4 WHEREAS, Clifftop Development Company, a limited partner-
5 ship, has executed a grant of easement granting to the City of
6 Newport Beach an easement for tie purpose of installing, operating,
7 and maintaining a storm drain and appurtenances in, over, and under
8 the following- described real property in the City of Newport Beach,
9 County of Orange, State of California, to wit:
10 The Northeasterly six feet (6.00') of Lot 6,
Tract 3851, as shown on a map thereof recorded
11 in Book 153, pages 6 to 8, inclusive, of Miscel-
12 laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California;
13 11 and
14 WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept said
15 grant of easement for such purpose;
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
17 the City of Newport Beach that said grant of easement be accepted
18 and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and attach
19 a certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of said
20 grant of easement in the County Recorder's office.
21 ADOPTED this 13th day of August, 1962.
