2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
IZWORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASLIC -HT

4 MriER;AS, Frank C. Hubbard and Frances M. Hubbard, husband
5 and wife, owners, and Union Oil Company of California, a corporation,
6 lessee, have executed a grant of easement granting to the City of
7 Newport Beach an easement for public alley purposes over the
8 following- described real property in the City of Newport Beach,
9 County of Orange, State of California, to wit:
10 That portion of Lot 58 in Block B of Tract No. 673,
Corona del Zar as shown on a map recorded in Book 20,
11 pages 17 and 16 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
12 County, California, described as follows:
Beginning in the east line of said Lot at the intersection
13 thereof with the northerly line of the 100 -foot wide State
of California Highway right of way (Coast Highway) as
14 described in a deed recorded in Book 1010, page 25 of
Official Records of said County; thence North 3° 49' 00`9
15 Bast along the east line of said Lot, 35.00 feet; thence
South 390 38' 00" West parallel with the northwest line
16 of said Lot, 12.00.feet; thence South 30 49' 00" West
parallel with said east Lot line 21.44 feet to said High -
17 way right of way line; thence South 57° 35' 30" East along
said right of way line 8.00 feet to the point of beginning;

20 1- MMEAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept said
21 grant of easement for such purpose;
22 NOW2 TI -MREFOR32 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
23 the City of Newport Beach that said grant of easement be accepted
24 and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and attach
25 a certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of said
26 grant of easement in the County Recorder's office.
27 ADOPTED this 11th day of September, , 1962.
