RESOLUTION NO. 5673
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NMIPORT BEACH LIMITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES
014 A CERTAIN STREET
WHEREAS, Section 3289 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
provides that when authorized signs are in place giving notice
thereof, no person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle between
the hours of 8:00 a. m. and 6:00 p. m. of any day for a period of
time longer than one (1) hour upon such streets or portions thereof
as the City Council shall designate by resolution; and
UHMREAS, it is necessary to limit the parking of vehicles
as hereinafter provided;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the parking of
vehicles between the hours of 8:00 a. m, and 6:00 p. m. be limited
to one (1) hour every day on both sides of Marine Avenue from the
alley immediately south of North Bay Front, southerly to a point
60 feet south of Park Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized
and directed to cause signs to be posted on such street giving
notice of such }Harking restriction.
ADOPTED this 24th day of September, 1962.
