RESOLUTION NO. 5674

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
3 CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH,REGULATING PARIgING
4 ON MARINE AVENUE -

WHEREAS, Section 3292.3 of the Newport Beach Municipal

7 Code provides that the City Council may by Resolution

designate
streets or portions
of streets
on which overnight
9
parking is
prohibited and the
times and
hours such prohibition
1011 is to apply; and
11 WHEREAS, it is necessary to prohibit overnight parking
12 as hereinafter provided;
13
NOZJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVER that effective immediately
14 -
parking shall be prohibited on Marine Avenue between Park
15
16 Avenue and North Bay Front during the following periods:
1711 1. Each day from 10 :00 P. M. to 6 :00 A. M. on the
18 following day, from the first Friday in June
19 through the Sunday following Labor Day of
20
each year,

2, From 10 :00 P. M. Friday to 6:00 A. M. Saturday
22
23 and from 10 :00 P. M. Saturday to 6:00 A. M.
24 Sunday throughout the year.
251 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 5640 be and
26 hereby is repealed.
27 ADOPTED this 8th day of October, 1962.
