4 UMMA S, The Irvine Company, a LIest Virginia corporetiom,
5 has executed a utility easement granting to the City of Newport
6 Beach a nonexclusive easement for the purpose of constructing,
7 operating and maintaining a water main and appurtenances in, over
8 and under that certain real property situated in the City of
9 Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, describee'.
10 as follows:
11 i, stria of land 5.00 feet in width in Lot 139,
Block 5O of Irvine's Subdivision as shown on a
12 map recorded in Book 1, page 88 of Miscellaneous
13 Record baps in the office of the county recorder
of said county, the southeasterly line of which
is described as follows:

15 Beginning at the most easterly corner of Lot 39,
Tract No. 3201 as shown on a map recorded in Book
16 130, pages 25 to 30 inclusive of Miscellaneous
Maps; thence North 390 48' 15t0 Cast 50.00 feet
17 along the northeasterly prolongation of the south-
easterly line of said Lot 39;

20 said utility easement for such purposes;
