I ^dC�y, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach a certain contract beween the 'City of
Neeaport Beach and 8outhworth & Stevens, Inc., for engineering
services in connection with the realignment and street improvement
work on Carnation Avenue and Bayside Drive, consisting of a survey,
construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates, and right -
of -way maps and descriptions; and
TJ '',-L�ELSi, the 'City ,Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
equitable;

approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport
Beach.
