UHMELS, the Planning Commission of the City has recom-

mended to the City Council that the name of Bayside 'give on the

easterly side of the Back Bay be changed to Back Bay .,,rive; and

MIMMZf�S, Section 3.091.1 of the Government Code author -

izes the legislative body to change the name of any city street by

adoption of a resolution; and

UTMI-IMMS, after consideration of said recommendation, it

appears that it would be in the interests of the City and convenien

to the public to change the name of Bayside Drive as hereinafter se

forth;
