RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH,, CALIFORNIAN ADOPTING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS AND MAP OF THE ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN
IMPROVEMENTS IN RIVER AVENUE, ALLEY AND
CERTAIN OTHER STREETS AND EASEMENTS IN
SAID CITY
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the City
of Newport Beach, California, has submitted to the City Council,
pursuant to its order, plans, profiles, specifications and map
of the assessment district, for the construction of certain
improvements in RIVER AVENUE, ALLEY AND CERTAIN OTHER STREETS
AND EASEMENTS in said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the plans, profiles, specifications
and map of the assessment district for the improvement of
RIVER AVENUE, ALLEY AND CERTAIN OTHER STREETS AND EASEMENTS
in the City of Newport Beach, California, be and the same are
each hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 2. That the said plans, profiles, specifica-
tions and map shall be filed in the office of the Director of
Public Works and copies thereof in the office of the City Clerk
of said City.

I, MARGERY SCHROUDER,. City Clerk of the City of
Newport Beach, California, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing
Resolution, being Resolution No. 5692 was duly passed,
approved and adopted by said City Council, approved and signed
by the Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk, all at a regular
meeting of said City Council held on the 26th day of
November, 1962, and that the same was passed and adopted
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Stoddard, Gruber, Gook, Hart,
Lorenz, Marshall, Elder
NOES: COUNCILMEN None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN None
