2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
3 RECREATION AGREELENT.WITH THE NEWPORT IM-OR
UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT

5 WHEREAS, these has been presented to the City Council of
6 the City of Newport Beach a recreation agreement between the
7 Ne<<rsort Harbor Union High School District and the City of Newport
8I Beach providing for a program of supervised recreation to be con -
9 ducted by the City on School District facilities when not other -
10 arise needed for educational purposes; and
11 WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
12 conditions of said agreement and said terms and conditions are
13 reasonable and equitable;
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
1511 Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement

on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
