1 RESOLUTION NO. 5795
P. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEa CITY OF
NEGFFORT BEACH AIMRDINO A CONaTLUCT FOR THE WATER
3 MAIN CONSTRULTION IN CLIFFHAVEN AND SHORECLIFFS
5 WHEREAS, pursuant to the Notice Inviting Bads for worlc
6 consisting of the water main construction in Cliffhaven and Shore-
7 cliffs in the City of Neziport Beach, in accordance with the plays
8 and specifications heretofore adopted, bids were received on the
9 5th day of .wane, 1963, aid publicly opened and declared; and
10 WHEREAS, it appears that the lowest respo=nsible bidder
11 therefor is Leo Weiler Construction Co.;
12 NOW$ `I'MEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of Leo Weiler
13 Construction 0o. in the amount of $84,357.85 be accepted and that
14 the contract for the construction work be awarded to said bidder.
1511 BE IT FLIRTNER RESOL`d7ED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
1611hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in accordance
17 with the specifications, bid and this award on behalf of the City
18 of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be directed to furnish
19 an executed copy to the successful bidder.
