A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWP ®:ST BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT.DEED
WHEREAS, John R. Pargmann and Elizabeth F. Pargmann have
executed a grant deed granting to the City of Newport Beach the
real property in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State
of California, described as follows:

An easement for street purposes over the East 5.00 feet of
Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 in Block 11 of Seashore Colony
Tract, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 7, page
25, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County;
Y REREASI it is to the interest of the City to accept said
grant deed for such purposes;
NOW Tk-=FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that said grant deed be accepted and the
City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and attach a
certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of said
grant deed in the County Recorder's office, together with drawing
of Jack S. Raub, Land Surveyor, designated Job No. 8128, dated
July 3, 1963, entitled 97Proposed Alley Abandonment and 5` Strip to
be Dedicated to the City of Newport Beach, in Block 11, Seashore
Colony Tract, Newport Beach,_Calif.", showing the location of said
easement.
