A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
2 NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
GRANT DEED

4 WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach pursuant to a contract
5 dated the 25th day of April, 1963, authorized by City Council
6 Resolution No. 5773, agreed to convey to Coast Capital, Inc., a
7 California corporation, the following described real property in
8 the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California:
9 All that portion of Lot 1 in Block 224 as per
Map of Section A- Newport Beach as Recorded in
10 Miscellaneous Maps Book 4-page 21, Records of
Orange County, California and described as
11 beginning at the southwesterly corner of said
Lot 1; thence easterly along the southerly
12 line of said Lot 1 to the southeasterly corner
thereof; thence northerly along the easterly
13 line of said Lot 1 a distance of 3.35 feet to
a point; thence westerly in 'a direct line a
14 distance of 102.22 feet to the southwesterly
15 corner of said Lot 1, the place of beginning;
RESERVING unto the Grantor City of Newport Beach an
16 easement for public street and highway purposes in,
17 over, and under said real property;
18 and
19 WHEREAS, in order to carry out said agreement, it is
20 necessary to execute and deliver a grant deed conveying said
21 property as aforesaid;
22 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
23 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a grant
24 deed on behalf of the City of Newport Beach pursuant to said
25 contract.
26 ADOPTED this 10th day of September, 1963.

adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting, of said City Council held at the
regular meeting place thereof, on the 10th day of September ,
