RESOLUTION NO. 5870
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH.AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AMENDMENT TO SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Linda Isle Development Co., as subdivider of
Tract 4003, has agreed to install subdivision improvements in
accordance with an agreement dated August 13, 1962, which agreeme
provides that said improvements are to be completed by August 13,
1964; and
WHEREAS, subdivider has requested that the City Council
modify said agreement to provide that the time for completion of
said improvements be extended to September 23, 1965; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the request for
an extension of time and has determined the granting of said
request would be compatible with the public interest; and
WHEREAS, an-'amendment to said subdivision agreement
granting the requested extension of time has been reviewed by the
City Council and has been found to be acceptable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said amendment
on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
