RESOLUTION NO. 5882
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES WITH
PORTER, O'BRIEN & ARMSTRONG
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement between the City of
Newport Beach and Porter, O'Brien & Armstrong for engineering
services in connection with the design and construction of a
traffic signal system at the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway
and Orange Street; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement be
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport
Beach.
