RESOLUTION NO. 5894
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE NEWPORT BEACH SCHOOL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement between the City of
Newport Beach and the Newport Beach School District for the cooper-
ative use of their recreational facilities, areas, and equipment
for purposes of community recreation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
equitable and in the interests of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement be
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport Bea,
ADOPTED this 23rd day of December, 1963.
