TrMRZAS, pursuant to the Notice Inviting Bids for work
61 consisting of traffic signal installation on Jamboree Road at
7' Eastbluff Drive and Ford Road in the City of Newport Beach, in
81 accordance with the plans and specifications heretofore adopted, b

9 were received on the 5th day of August, 1964, and publicly opened
10l declared; and
11 TTiM-R AS, it appears that the lowest responsible bidder
12 therefor is Z. D. Johnson and Company;
13 NOW THEaEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of L. D.
14 Johnson and Company in the amount of ,$18,590 be accepted and that
15 the contract for the construction work be awarded to said bidder.
16 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
17 hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in accordance
18 with the specifications, bid and this award on behalf of the City
19 of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be directed to furnish
20 an executed copy to the successful bidder.
21 ADOPTED this 10th day of August, 1964.

adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
regular meeting place thereof, on the 10th day of August
19 64 by the following vote, to wit:
