RESOLUTION NO. 6110
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING A NOTICE OF ADDITION OF
TERRITORY FOR TRACT NO. 5798 UNDER THE _DEC1d%2,`aTION
OF COVENANTS CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS APPLICABLE
TO TRACTS NOL 5463,.5480, AND OTHERS.AND AUTHORIZ-
ING THE IJAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE SATE ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY . _
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has previously
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions applicable to Tracts Nos.
54639 54809 5435, 5692, 5740, and 5741; and
WHEREAS, a final subdivision map has been approved for
Tract No. 5798 which adjoins Tracts Nos. 5692 and 5740; and
I-Tff REAS, said Tract No. 5798 is a portion of the planned
residential development approved by Use Permit No. 1054(E); and
WHEREAS, Declarant has submitted to the City a "Notice of
Addition of Territory" in connection with Tract No. 5798 which will
subject said tract to the above - mentioned Declaration of Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions; and
WHEREAS, said Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
provide for the approval of the City to be endorsed on said notice;
NOE13 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Notice of Addi-
tion of Territory is approved by the City, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said notice on behalf
of the City.
ADOPTED this 23rd day of February, 1965.
