1 RESOLUTION NO. 6112
2 A RESOLUTaON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ATIARDING AN OPEN- ENO .CONTRACT FOR
31 CONCRETE.CONSTRUCTION, 1964.1965

51 WHEREAS, pursuant to the Notice Inviting Bids for an
6 open -end contract for concrete construction, 1964 -1965, in the
7 City of Newport Beach, in accordance with the plans and specifica-
8 tions heretofore adopted, bids were received on the 17th day of
9 February, 1965, and publicly opened and declared; and
10 1,1HEREAS, it appears that the lowest responsible bidder
11 therefor is Sully - Miller Contracting Company;
12 NOW, THEREF0RE, BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of Sully-
13
Miller Contracting Company at
the
unit prices for each item set
14
forth in said bid be accepted
and
that the contract for the con -
15
struction work be awarded to
said
bidder.
16 BE IT FURT2M RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
17 hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in accordance
18 with the specifications, bid and this award on behalf of the City
19 of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be directed to furnish
20 an executed copy to the successful bidder.
21 ADOPTED this 23rd day of February, 1965.
