RESOLUTION NO. 6116
A RZSOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT B:ACY ACCEPTING A PUMIC iT91LITY EASMONT
WITERMAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corporation,
owner, and Standard Oil Company of Calffirnia, successors in interest
to Standard Oil Company of California, 7?estern Operations, Inc.,
lessee, have executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a
public utility easement dated September 30, 1964, granting to the
City an easement for the construction, operation and maintenance of
a water line and appurtenances in, over and under that certain real
property situated in the city of Newport Beach, county of Orange,
state of California, described as follows:

That portion of block 54 of Irvine's Subdivision
as per map thereof recorded in book. 1, page 88 of
Viscellaneous Record leaps in the office of the
county recorder of said county described as follm s:
The northerly and noret.izesterly 5.00 feet of that
certain parcel of lance described in a Lease to
Standard Oil Company of California, Western Opera-
tions, Inc. dated December 1, 1960 and recorded
14arch 20, 1961 in book 5662, page 180 of Official
0ecords in the office of said county recorder.
SU3JECT TO any and all existing easements and rights
of way and other matter's of record or apparent;
lTeaS, it is to the interest of the City to accept said
public utility easement for such purposes,
NM 73, T %� 12FOR37, BE IT RESOLV -AD that said public utility
easement is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized: and
directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
County ?ecorderts office,
