6 the city of Newport Beach an agreement entitled 09;?arbor Area
7 Baseball Programs Policy AgreementHB between the City of Newport
8 Beach, City of Costa Blesa, and Harbor Urea Boys Club, for the
9 operation of the Harbor Area Baseball Program which will be con -
10 ducted jointly by the Boys' Club of the Harbor Area, Costa L:esa
11 Park and Recreation Department, and the Newport teach Department of
12 Parks, Beaches and Recreation; and
13 GJ]'MMLS, the City Council has considered the terms and
14 conditions of said agreement and found thew to be reasonable and
15 equitable;

17 approved and the mayor and City Clerk are hereby authoeized and
18 directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport ;each,
