V7MVAS, pursuant to the Notice Inviting Bids for work

consisting of the street improvement program of 1964=65 in the City

of Newport Beach, in accordance with the plans and specifications

heretofore adopted, bids were received on the 3rd day of Ifarch,

1965, and publicly opened and declared- and

therefor is Sully - Miller Contracting Company,

Miller Contracting Company in the amount of "55,885.80 be accepted

and that the contract for the construction work be awarded to said

bidder.

hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in accordance
18
with the specifications, bid and this award or, behalf of the City
19
of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerlslse directed to furnish
20
an executed copy to the successful bidder.
