5 "en-ERMS, the Community Youth Center in Corona del i;ar
6 has been operated: pursuant to a contract between the City of
7 Newport Beach and the Corwznity Youth Center of Newport Karbor;
8 and
9 7;:MZ :S, a license agreement has been prepared ene approvd
10 by the Board of Directors of the Community Youth Center anc the
11 Board of the Pewport Leach nementary School District and is satisa
12 factory to the City; and
13 7 it is to the mutual advantage of tae parties and
14 to the public to continue the operation of the Youth Center in
15 accordance with the terms of said license agreement;
16 NCUO T H1UFO? , BE IT RESOLVED that the license agreement
17 is hereby approved and the Hayor and City Clerk are hereby snt?xo�
18 rized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City.
