2I A RESOLUTION OF TIM CITY COUNCIL OF TI3E CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE F.ItECUTION OF AN
3 i AGREE&W-1,71 REGARDING OFF- STREET PARKING

5 ti °ZEAS, the Newport Beach Municipal Code provides that
6 off - street parking may be provided on a site other than the build-
7 ing site on condition that an agreement between the property owner
8 and the City is executed and recorded providing that the off
-
9 street parking shall be provided and maintained on a designated
10 parcel of land for the duration of the proposed use or uses on the
11 building site or sites; and
12 W12 -REAS, Gene Bolln and Estelle Bolln wish to construct
13 an office building on Lot 41, Tract 1133, in the City of Newport
14 Beach and are willing to provide the off - street parking on Lot 40,
15 Tract 1133, in Newport Beach; and
16 W0REAS, an agreement has been prepared under which it is
17 agreed that said off -site parking will be provided and maintained;
18 NO1f, T. .EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
19 hereby approves said agreement and the Mayor and City Clerk are
20 authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City.
21 BE IT FURTIMR RESOLVED that the City Clerk is authorized
22 and directed to record said agreement and execute any certificate
23 necessary to accomplish said recording.
24 ADOPTED this 12th day of April, 1965.
