RESOLUTION NO. 6134
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEVORT BEACH AUTI3ORIZING TI-2 EXECUTION OF AN
AGRE,. t:ZNT FOR LEGAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement between the City and
Hill, Farrer & Burrill for legal services in connection with the
initiation and prosecution of a lawsuit against the California
State Highway Commission for the purpose of attempting to set aside
the action of said Commission in adopting a coastal route for the
Pacific Coast Freeway; and
TIA2REAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
equitable;
NMITIEREFORE, Be IT RESOLVED that said agreement for
legal services be approved and the Nayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City
of Newport Beach.
ADOPTED this 26th day of April, 1965.

City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing
Resolution No. 6134 was duly and regularly
adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
regular meeting place thereof, on the 26th day of April
1965 by the following vote, to wit:
