2 A RESOLUTION OF T10 CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF
HAWPORT 3`- CH AWARDING.A CONTRACT FOR THE CON -
3 STRUCTION OF THE NIMPORT BOULEVARD - BALBOA
40 4 BOULEVARD P&UING LOT
5� M3REAS, pursuant to the Notice inviting Bids for work
6 consisting of the construction of the Newport Boulevard - Balboa
7 Boulevard parking lot in the City of Newport Beach, in accordance
8 with the plans and specifications heretofore adopted, bids were
9I received on the 21st day of April, 1965, and publicly opened and
10 declared; and
11 WMVAS, it appears that the lowest responsible bidder
12 therefor is Sully - hiller Contracting Company;
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of Sully-
14 Miller Contracting Company in the amount of $5,839.30 be accepted
15 and that the contract for the construction work be awarded to said
16 II bidder.
17 JI BE IT FU4271" 'i RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
18I1hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in accordance
19I1with the specifications, bid and this award on behalf of the City
20 of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be directed to furnish
21 an executed copy to the successful bidder.
