A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

NM -7PORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GIRANT OF EASEf4ENT

WHEREAS, Long Beach Leasing Corporation has executed and

delivered to the City of Newport Beach a Grant of Easement by which
distance of 26.70 feet to a tangent line that is

it grants to the City an easement for street and highway and public

purposes over the following- described real property in the

parallel with and 28.00 feet northeasterly of the

Road; thence North 400 00' 00" East along said
southeasterly line of Flagship -Road a distance of
90.00 feet to the true point of beginning;
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said Grant of Easement for such purposes;
NOW$ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Grant of Easement
is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to
execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and consent
to its recording and to record said document in the County Recorder'
office.
