2 A RESOLUTI ®N OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH &UTHORIZING THE E)MCUTION OF AN
3 AGREE14ENT WITH LONG BEACH LEASING CORP., SUBDI-
VIDER, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPaOVIIv1ENTS.. _.
4 REQUIRED AS A CONDITION OF APPROVING RESUBDIVI^
5 SION.NO. 206
6 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
7 the City of Newport Beach an agreement in which Long Beach Leasing
8 Corp., subdivider under Resubdivision No. 206, agrees to construct
9 street and other public improvements required as a condition of
10 approving said resubdivision; and
11 WHEREAS, subdivider has furnished security to assure the
12 faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with the
1311 Newport Beach Municipal Code; and
1411 0iEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement and
15 found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance with the
16 provisions of the Code;
17 NOW, THEIREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
18 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
19 same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
20 security is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency and the
21 City Attorney as to form.
