A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 07
NIMPORT BEACH ACCEPTING LN EASEtMNT DEED

WHEREAS, Long Beach Leasing Corporation has executed and
5
delivered to the City of Newport Beach an Easement Deed by which it
6
grants to the City an easement for sanitary sewer purposes in Lot
7
169, Block 2 of Irvine subdivision in the City of Newport Beach,
8
State of California, as shown on a 111ap recorded in Book 1, Page 88
9
of aiscellaneous izaps, records of Orange County, California, said ea
10
meat being a strip of land 10 feet wide, 5 feet on each side of the
11
following described centerline:

Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of
Patrice Road and Flagship Road, as said intersection
13
is shown in a Record of Survey Hap filed in Book 79,
Page 7, Records of said Orange County; thence along
14
the Northeasterly prolongation of said Flagship Road
N40 000100 "F: a distance of 135.66 feet; thence at
15
right angles to said prolongation 5.50 000' 00"M a
distance of 297.68 feet to the true point of begin
16
ping; thence S44° 17' 05" 11 a distance of 172.89
feet more or less to the centerline and an angle
17
point therein of an existing sewer easement recorded.

1XIER.EA.S, it is to the interest of the City to accept

said Easement Deed for such purposes;

NOW, THMEF01122 BE IT RESOLVEM that said Easement Deed is
23
hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to
24
execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and consent
25
to its recording and to record said document in the County Recorders
26
office, together with City of Newport Beach Public Tiorks Department
27
drawing No. R/1,1- 5056 -L dated 4- 14 -65, entitled "10' Sanitary Sewer
28
Easement Lot 169 Block 2 Irvine's Subdivision ", showing the location
29
of said easement.
