a map recorded in Book 1, Page 88, of 'iscellaneous
13 Record T2aps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said county, the southwesterly line of said strip
14 being described as follows:

Beginning at the cornea common to Blocks 93, 94, 95,
and 96, of Irvine's Subdivision, as shcFm on the map

of Corona del Liar, recorded in Books 3, Wages 41 -4.2,
of Miscellaneous Naps, records of Orange County,

California; thence southeasterly along the south-
westerly line of said ;lock 96, said southwesterly

line being the northeasterly line of said map of
Corona del Kar, a distance of 133.8 feet to the

intersection with the northeasterly prolongation of
the northwesterly lane of.)Larkspur Avenue, (formerly

37th Lvenue), as shown on said map of Corona del Riar,
being the true point of beginning; thence continuing

along said southwesterly line a distance of 1870.2
